Fang, 29, graduated with honors in 1998 from Hohai University, Nanjing, China with a degree in Electronics and Computer Sciences. His background includes application and field service engineering at Loftyman Engineering Ltd., Co., a major supplier of Fisher Control Valves to China’s power market; HART instrument design and development work at Shanghai Paint Trade and Development Ltd., Co.; field service management at Ohmart/Vega, a nuclear and Gamma-ray detection gauge developer, also serving China’s power market.
